Chris Armijo (left)of San Antonio, TX and Richard Dearborn (right) of Lafayette, LA came together to form TXLA Seasonings after many discussions of a small startup business. Chris developed his love for BBQ while attending Schreiner University in the hill country town of Kerrville, TX. Richard also grew to enjoy cooking cajun food for friends while attending the university. Their first product, Buddy's Rib Rub is inspired by Richard's father's recipe that has proven great results over the years in south Louisiana. The guys plan to introduce more seasonings to their lineup over time.
